ID vault accessible via passthrough

User X can access server A (located in DMZ). Server A has connection to server B (located in LAN). User can access server B via passthrough connection.

Server B is ID Vault server (located in LAN).

User X can NOT download ID from ID Vault because server A requires successful authentication. Successful authentication can be achieved only after downloading ID from ID Vault. What solution is possible (without placing ID Vault to DMZ)?
